The Schneider Electric VW3E1141R080 is a hybrid shielded motor cable, 8 m (26.2 ft) long, purpose-built for connecting a Lexium 62 ILM integrated drive-motor to a distribution box D1 within the PacDrive 3 motion system. The RJ45 D1 connector uses an elbowed (right-angle) body, which keeps the cable profile low against the distribution box face — useful when panel depth is tight or the cable runs along a cable tray immediately off the connector. This is a shielded motor cable, meaning the shield is continuous from the drive end to the motor end, which keeps conducted EMI off the feedback and power conductors sharing the hybrid jacket. On a Lexium 62 ILM installation, using the correct shielded hybrid cable (not a standard Ethernet patch) is what prevents position feedback noise and drive faults on long runs.
