The VW3E1147R110 is a 11 m shielded hybrid cable from the PacDrive 3 range, purpose-built to connect a Lexium 62 ILM servo drive to the D0 distribution box. That 11 m (36.09 ft) run covers most single-axis cabinet-to-machine distances without a junction box. The RJ45 D20 straight connector on both ends means it plugs directly into the drive and distribution box — no field termination, no chance of a pinout mismatch. The shield is continuous through the connector body, so ground continuity holds across the whole run.
Shielded motor cable — why it matters
This is a shielded motor cable, not a plain power cable. The shield ties back to the drive's ground plane, which keeps VFD-induced common-mode noise off the encoder and brake conductors running inside the same jacket. On a Lexium 62 ILM, the hybrid cable carries both power and feedback — if the shield is compromised, you'll chase intermittent position errors that look like a drive fault.
