Sercos III Daisy-Chain Link for Lexium 62 ILM
The VW3E3066R010 is a Sercos III cable purpose-built for daisy-chaining Lexium 62 ILM integrated drives in the PacDrive 3 motion-control architecture. Its 1 m length with an M12 straight connector on one end and an M12 angled (elbowed) connector on the other gives you the reach and clearance to route between drives in a compact cabinet — the angled end tucks tight against the drive face, saving bend radius in a crowded gland plate. This is the cable that carries both motion and I/O data over the Sercos III ring. If you are wiring a multi-axis cell with Lexium 62 ILM drives, you pull one of these between each adjacent drive to close the ring. The 1 m length is the standard inter-drive spacing for most machine layouts; shorter or longer runs would need a different order code from the family.
Both connectors are M12 quick-connect — the straight end plugs into the drive's Sercos III out port, the angled end into the next drive's in port. The 1 m length is measured end-to-end; factor in the angled connector's added reach when routing through cable ducts. No special tooling needed beyond the standard M12 coupling nut torque. The cable is UL recognized, which simplifies panel acceptance for UL 508A-listed cabinets.
