The Square D XCKJ110511 is a heavy duty limit switch from the Osiswitch XCKJ series, designed for plug-in installation and snap-action switching. It carries a rotary head with a Delrin roller lever, pretravel of 23°, total travel of 90°, and a differential travel of 11° — the lever returns to rest after each cycle. Contact rating is 10 A at 240 VAC and 0.27 A at 250 VDC, so the DC load limit is substantially lower than the AC figure; verify your circuit's DC voltage and current against that 0.27 A ceiling. Enclosure is NEMA 1/2/4/12 and IP66, meaning it can handle washdown environments and outdoor exposure within the -13 to 158 °F operating range.
