Mechanical endurance and DC load rating
The XCKZ01: Rated for 5 million operating cycles under DC-13 loads at 24 V (10 W), 48 V (7 W), and 120 V (4 W) per IEC 60947-5-1 Appendix C. That endurance figure is tested at 60 cycles per minute with a 0.5 power factor — a standard industrial solenoid load profile. For a limit switch contact block, the DC-13 rating governs the switching life when driving relays, contactors, or small solenoids. The 25 mΩ closed-contact resistance (IEC 60255-7 Category 3) keeps voltage drop negligible in 24 VDC control loops.
