The Telemecanique Sensors XS112BLPBM12 is a M12 shielded inductive proximity sensor from the XS1 series. It delivers a PNP normally closed output, rated for 12-24V DC supply and 200 mA load current, with a 2 mm shielded sensing distance. The housing is brass with nickel plating, rated IP67, and carries CE, CSA, RoHS, and UL Listed approvals.
Mounting and connection
Shielded construction allows flush mounting in metal without derating the 2 mm sensing range. The M12 direct connector (4-pin, 3 wires) mates with standard M12 cordsets, no pigtail required. Wire as PNP NC – output switches from high to low when target enters the sensing zone. The nickel-plated brass body resists corrosion in washdown or oily environments, backed by the IP67 and NEMA 4X enclosure rating.
