The XS1N12NA349 is an M12 shielded inductive proximity sensor from the XS1 series, rated for 4 mm sensing distance on steel targets. It runs on 12-24 V DC and switches up to 200 mA through its NPN normally open output. The nickel-plated brass barrel and IP68/IP69K sealing make it a candidate for washdown zones and outdoor positions where moisture or high-pressure spray is a concern. Built-in overload, short-circuit, and reverse polarity protection reduce the chance of field failure from wiring errors or load faults.
