The XS218AAPAM12: M18 cylindrical inductive sensor from the XS2 family, unshielded face for a full 15 mm sensing range on steel. PNP normally-open output, three-wire DC with integral M12 connector — standard wiring for industrial discrete I/O. Rated IP67 and IP69K plus NEMA 4X, so it survives high-pressure washdown in food or chemical plant areas. Supply spans 12 to 48 V DC, output sinks up to 200 mA. The built-in indicator light gives quick visual confirmation during commissioning.
