36 VDC, 200 mA — the only electrical ratings on record
The XS530BSDAM12 is a Schneider Electric / Telemecanique inductive proximity sensor rated for a 36 VDC supply and a 200 mA load current. That 200 mA figure is the switching capacity — it drives a PLC input or a small relay coil directly, but not a contactor or solenoid without an interposing relay.
The 36 VDC supply means this sensor runs on standard 24 VDC control power with headroom — it will switch cleanly on a 24 VDC bus without browning out. The 200 mA load current is the maximum continuous switched current; a typical PLC digital input draws 5–15 mA, so the sensor has ample margin.
