The XS618B1MBU20 is an M18 shielded inductive proximity sensor from the XS6 series with an 8 mm maximum sensing distance—longer than typical M18 shielded sensors thanks to the Extended Range feature. It runs on any supply from 24 up to 240 V AC or DC, so one part covers both line voltages and eliminates separate AC/DC SKUs. The NC output (2-wire, normally closed) mates with standard PLC digital inputs or relay coils. The 3-pin 1/2-in connector makes replacement fast—no need to strip and terminate wires.
