Field-service fit
A rectangular block body fixes through two plain mounting holes on a bracket or machine frame, which is the right call for an in-field swap — it is on the van, mounts with standard hardware, and the existing cable gland or connector carries across with no special tooling. Match the active face orientation and the rated sensing distance to the existing bracket before energising; the body shape lets you index it one way only, so a mis-orientation shows up as a missed target on the first cycle rather than a wiring chase.
Lifecycle and sourcing posture
With marked current, the part is specified into a BOM against a live channel rather than pulled from a broker's last-time-buy window, and the supply posture is quoted to order against an RFQ. For a line-down replacement, the part identity and UPC stay stable, so a distributor carrying the line can cross-check the order code on the box against UPC 389119058370 at the receiving bench.
