The XS7J1A1PBL01M8 is a Square D OsiConcept unshielded inductive proximity sensor in a block/rectangular package, delivering 60 mm front sensing with a NC output. Its wide operating voltage – 24 to 240 VAC and 24 to 210 VDC – lets you drop it into panels running either supply without a separate power module. The sensing circuit switches at 150 Hz, fast enough for most material-handling and conveyor targets at that range. Enclosure is IP68 and NEMA 1/4X/12, so it handles washdown and dust without a secondary cover. The 2-wire NC configuration breaks the loop on target detection or loss of supply – naturally fail-safe for emergency-stop chains or presence verification in wet zones. Current load capacity is 5 to 300 mA, so it drives PLC inputs and small relays directly.
