The XS8C1A1MBL2 is a 40 x 15 x 54 mm rectangular inductive proximity sensor from the Telemecanique XS8 family, delivering a 25 mm unshielded sensing distance in an IP68 PBT housing. It operates over a universal 24 to 240 VAC / 24 to 210 VDC supply and switches loads from 5 to 300 mA using a normally closed (NC) 2-wire output — the same NC contact logic that suits fail-safe monitoring or fill-level detection where the sensor must break the circuit on target absence.
