Part and construction
The XSAV11373L10 is an M30 cylindrical inductive proximity sensor from the OsiSense XS family, with a nickel-plated brass body and a PPS sensing face. The metal enclosure and PPS front are particle-neutral by design—no flaking or chemical leaching into a cleanroom environment. Frontal detection face, threaded M30 x 1.5 mounting. Fixed body design, 81 mm length.
Electrical and environmental
Three-wire DC output, PNP normally closed (NC). Supply range 10…58 V DC, current consumption under 15 mA at no-load. Switching capacity up to 200 mA with overload and short-circuit protection. Voltage drop ≤ 1.8 V at closed state. IP67 per IEC 60529—sealed for washdown or subfloor use. Integral red LED indicates output state. Cable length 10 m, 3 x 0.34 mm², suitable for panel-to-sensor runs without a junction box.
Sensing performance
Operating zone 0…8 mm (Sn), repeat accuracy 3 % of Sr. Differential travel 3…15 % of Fr. Run-up delay 9 s at power-up—expect that settling time before the output state is valid. Rotation monitoring application, but usable for any standard presence/absence detection within the 8 mm range.
