Mounting and wiring
The XSAV11801L10: Thread size is M30 x 1.5 with a 57 mm threaded length — this sinks into a standard 30 mm clearance hole; the fixed body means no swivel or position-adjust after tighten. Cable is 10 m of 2 x 0.34 mm², rated for direct burial. The 2-wire connection simplifies field wiring: two conductors carry both power and signal. Voltage drop across the sensor at closed state is ≤ 5.7 V, so confirm the load gets enough drive; residual current ≤ 1.5 mA in the open state may keep a millivolt-level input from seeing a clean off-signal, especially on older PLC inputs with higher impedance. The run-up delay at power-up is 9 seconds — expect that lag before the output stabilises.
Environmental and compliance
The sensor carries CE marking and IP67 protection per IEC 60529, suitable for washdown or dusty environments. The 2-wire circuit draws minimal quiescent current, so it degrades gracefully under voltage transients common in industrial AC lines. On compliance docs: CE and IEC 60529 are the only marks confirmed in the listing.
