The XUFZ910 is a plastic fiber optic cable designed for use with a through-beam photoelectric sensor. It carries a 33 ft (10 m) length and a 9.84 in sensing distance, with a straight tip viewing angle. The polyethylene jacket measures 0.09 in outer diameter, and the fiber core is 0.04 in diameter. Minimum bending radius is 1 in, which matters when routing the cable around machine corners without breaking the light path.
Environmental limits and mounting notes
Rated for -25 to 60 °C ambient — fine for most indoor production areas but not for freezers or oven zones. The straight tip and plastic body suit fixed-mount installations where the cable enters the sensing zone through a gland or bracket. This is a fiber optic cable, not a complete sensor head; it connects to a separate amplifier (not included). The through-beam pair requires an emitter and receiver at opposite ends of the detection gap.
