The Telemecanique XUK2AKSNL2T is the emitter half of a through-beam photoelectric sensor pair in the XUK series. The 30 m sensing range covers long conveyor lines, wide access gates, or vehicle detection in automated warehouses — anywhere you need reliable presence detection across a gap. The 2 m PVR cable (PVC, oil-resistant) is a direct-wire connection — no quick-disconnect, so plan for the cable run when routing through conduit or cable tray. Enclosure is IP65 and NEMA 4/4X/12/13, meaning it handles hose-down washdown, dust, and corrosive atmospheres. The 30 m through-beam range is the maximum separation between emitter and receiver in clean air. In dusty or steamy environments, derate by 30–50% — the beam attenuates faster than a diffuse or retroreflective sensor. For a 10 m conveyor gap, it has headroom; for a 25 m vehicle entry, verify the receiver model's sensitivity matches. This is the emitter only — you need the matching receiver (typically an XUK2AKSNL2R or similar) to complete the pair. The 12-24 VDC supply powers the emitter's LED; the receiver handles the output switching. No load connects to this unit. The 50×50 mm rectangular body fits standard bracket mounts.
