Connection choice matters
For panel builders who want a connectorized interface instead of a fixed pigtail, the XUKT1KSMM12 is electrically identical — same 1.5 m range, same PNP/NPN output, same 0.3 ms timing — but terminates in a 4-pin micro-DC connector instead of 2 m PVR cable. No rewiring of the sensor head required if the base is replaced, but the mating connector (e.g., a field-wireable or pre-molded cordset) must be sourced separately.
