The Telemecanique XULK0830 is a through-beam photoelectric emitter — the light-source half of a through-beam sensor pair. It projects an infrared beam up to 8 m. Runs on 12-24 VDC and draws 35 mA through the 2 m, 2-wire cable. The IP67 plastic housing withstands dust and wash-down environments. Ambient range is -25 to 55°C. Because this is an emitter only, a separate receiver unit is required to complete the detection pair. Verifying the receiver’s output configuration and compatibility before ordering saves a second sourcing round.
