What it is
XURK1KSMM12 is a rectangular-body diffuse photoelectric sensor, metal-housed with an IP67 seal — holds up in washdown and dusty panel environments. Switching at 10 kHz catches fast-moving parts on a conveyor line; the 0.05 ms response time leaves headroom for high-rate detection. Dual NPN and PNP output (selectable Light On/Dark On) lets this one sensor connect to both sourcing and sinking PLC inputs without needing a pull-up or converter. Powered from 12-24V DC, rated 200 mA max load per channel.
