The XUVF250M12 from Square D (Telemecanique) is a through-beam photoelectric sensor built into a painted aluminum frame with a 250 x 200 mm sensing window, rated for 15 m through-beam distance, 100 mA load at 18-30 VDC, with a 1 ms response time. Carries UL (Canada and US) and CE approval. Enclosure rated IP65 for washdown environments. Output is field-selectable PNP or NPN, NO/NC. Supply range 18-30 VDC.
