What this sensor does in your panel
The XUX0ARCTT16 is a multimode photoelectric sensor from Telemecanique's XU family that covers diffuse, background suppression, and polarized retro-reflective sensing. That means one part number can handle conveyor object presence, clear bottle detection, or pallet stack measurement just by flipping the mode. Relay output with 1NO/1NC contacts rated for 500 mA max, so it drives small contactors or PLC inputs directly, no interposer needed.
Power and wiring reality
Supply voltage covers 24 to 240 V AC and DC. Screw terminals inside a PBT body with M16 gland entry. Response time is 25 ms; switching frequency is 20 Hz.
