What this fork sensor guards
The XUYFNEP60015 is a Telemecanique photoelectric fork sensor from Schneider Electric's Square D Switches & Sensors line — a self-contained through-beam sensor with the emitter and receiver in a single U-shaped housing. The fork design eliminates separate alignment of two heads: the object passes through the gap and breaks the beam, so detection is repeatable without field adjustment.
