Panel fit and switching duty
It fastens via screw or snap-on mounting onto 35 mm DIN rail per DIN EN 60715, with a mounting position that allows ±180° rotation on a vertical surface and ±22.5° forward/backward tilt — useful when panel layout forces an unconventional orientation. The 24 VDC coil is terminated with spring-type terminals, and the main contacts accept solid or stranded conductors from 1 to 10 mm² (or 2× 0.5 to 2.5 mm²). Switching frequency reaches 1 000 operating cycles per hour under AC-1, AC-2, AC-3, and AC-3e duty; AC-4 (plugging/inching) is limited to 300 cycles/h. That means the contactor can handle frequent start/stop cycles on conveyors or pumps, but should be derated for applications requiring repetitive jogging or reversing.
Dimensions and clearances
The contactor measures 102 mm high, 45 mm wide, and 97 mm deep. These clearances should be maintained inside the enclosure to avoid thermal derating, especially when switching at the maximum cycle rate.
