It's designed to protect motor branch circuits against overload, short circuit, and phase failure — the three faults that take out a motor on a conveyor zone or pump station. Breaking capacity is 100 kA at 400 V AC and 500 V AC, and the same 100 kA at 690 V AC.
The 45 mm width is the S00 standard — one 45 mm slot on the rail. Any mounting position is allowed, which helps when you're packing breakers into a tight enclosure. Clearance requirements: 50 mm above and below, 30 mm to the sides, 0 mm forward and backward. That's the space you need for arc quenching and terminal access — plan for it in the gland plate layout. Terminals are M3 screw-type for the main circuit, accepting 2× (0.75 to 2.5 mm²) or 2× 4 mm² solid or stranded. Screwdriver shaft diameter 5 to 6 mm — a standard Pozidriv #2 or flathead will fit.
Environmental and lifecycle
The storage range is wider because the breaker isn't carrying current — it's the thermal-magnetic trip elements that limit the operating range, not the housing. Lifecycle status is current production. It's a line item you can quote to order against an RFQ without worrying about obsolescence.
