125 A MCCB with 85 kA interrupting capacity
The Siemens 3VA4112-5ED34-0AA0 is a 3-pole SENTRON molded-case circuit breaker rated 125 A at 40 °C, with a TM210 thermal-magnetic release that handles both overload and short-circuit protection in a single device. The 690 V AC rated operating voltage covers most industrial three-phase systems up to 600 V class.
System protection design, no communication or ground-fault
This breaker is designated for system protection — meaning it's intended as a main or feeder breaker in a distribution panel, not as a branch device with integrated ground-fault or communication. If your spec calls for remote tripping or ground-fault alarm, you need a different 3VA4 option with those accessories. The IP40 rating on the front is standard for panel-mounted breakers; it keeps tools and fingers out but is not rated for washdown environments.
Panel integration: dimensions and mounting
Dimensions are 75.1 mm deep, 76.2 mm wide, and 129.4 mm high — a standard 3-pole MCCB footprint that fits most DIN-rail or panel-mount enclosures without re-drilling. The 3VA4 series uses the same mounting hole pattern as earlier SENTRON 3VA1 frames, so a panel originally laid out for a 3VA1110 variant will accept this breaker without rewiring, provided the busbar or lug kit matches the 125 A rating. Maximum power loss is 29.1 W — plan for that heat in a sealed enclosure; it's not trivial at full load.
