Continuous current rating is 100 A at 40 °C, 45 °C, and 50 °C; it derates to 98 A at 55 °C, 96 A at 60 °C, 94 A at 65 °C, and 91 A at 70 °C. Short-circuit breaking capacity reaches 76 kA at 240 V AC, 53 kA at 415 V, 32 kA at 440 V, and 8 kA at 500 V — gives selectivity headroom for most low-voltage panelboards when the available fault current matches these levels. The TM210 overcurrent release is a fixed thermal-magnetic type with no adjustment or communication function on this variant.
Current derating and thermal management
Above that, the thermal-magnetic release responds to internal heat; at 70 °C the allowable current drops to 91 A. Panel builders should account for this if the enclosure ambient runs near the upper operating limit of 70 °C.
Panel fit and compliance
Measures 130 mm high, 76.2 mm wide, 70 mm deep — fits standard Siemens 3VM and 3VA panel cutouts and bus-bar kits. Front IP40 protection covers the operator interface. Insulation voltage rated 800 V.
