It carries two integrated PROFIBUS DP ports: one standard DP and one dedicated DP (drive) interface, so you can run the motion bus on a separate network from the plant I/O scan.

This CPU supports LAD, FBD, STL, SCL, GRAPH, CFC, and HiGraph. The engineering software is STEP 7 V5.2 SP1 or higher with the S7 Technology option package.
