Drive module for 315 kW motor loads
The ABB 3AXD50000046015 is an ACS880-04F flange-mounted single drive module rated for 315 kW normal-duty use at 459 A output current, with a heavy-duty rating of 200 kW at 330 A. It accepts 380...500 V three-phase input at 47.5...63 Hz and is built in frame size R11 with IP20 protection. This module includes the control unit, so no separate ordering of a controller board is needed for basic operation. It provides 2 analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, and 6 digital inputs plus 2 digital outputs. Communication is via CAN; there are no industrial Ethernet interfaces on this variant.

For UL-listed installations, the light-overload rating is 350 Hp at 450 A, and the heavy-duty UL rating is 250 Hp at 330 A. Mounting type is module, intended for flange mounting in a cabinet. The R11 frame size is substantial — plan for adequate panel space and cooling airflow given the 4232 W dissipation at full load. The module includes a lithium coin cell (CR2032, 220 mAh, 3 V, two pieces) for backup. Operating humidity range is 5 to 95% RH (non-condensing). The CAN interface is fixed; if you need Ethernet fieldbus, this is not the variant — look at the ACS880-04F options with built-in Ethernet.
