This ABB ACQ580-01 (order code 3AXD50001109561) is a wall-mounted LV AC drive rated for 5.5 kW normal use at 12.6 A on a 400 V 3-phase supply. It's built for water and wastewater applications — the IP66 and NEMA Type 4X enclosure means it can sit outdoors or in washdown zones without an extra cabinet. The drive ships with the control unit included, so you don't need to order a separate controller card. Power factor sits at 0.98, and standby loss is a low 14 W — useful if the pump runs intermittently and you're tracking idle energy. The drive accepts line frequencies from 47.5 to 63 Hz, so it handles 50 Hz or 60 Hz supply without a firmware change.
You get 2 analog inputs and 2 analog outputs for pressure or flow transducers, plus 6 digital inputs and 3 digital outputs for start/stop and status feedback.
