The Schneider Electric A9C52410 is a Reflex iC60N integrated control circuit breaker from the Acti9 range — a 4-pole, 10 A, curve C thermal-magnetic MCB with a built-in remote control function. It combines overcurrent protection with the ability to switch the load on and off via a maintained or impulse control signal (230 V AC, 24 V AC, 48 V AC, 24 V DC, or 48 V DC control voltage options). This means a single DIN-rail device replaces a separate contactor and MCB in distribution and control panels, saving enclosure space and wiring.
Breaking capacity is 20 kA Icu at 230 V AC and 10 kA Icu at 415 V AC per EN/IEC 60947-2; that means it safely interrupts faults up to those levels without upstream fuses needing to clear first, which simplifies selectivity coordination in a 230/400 V panel. The 4 protected poles (4P) switch all live conductors, suitable for TN or IT systems where full isolation is required. Dimensions are 117 mm wide (13 x 9 mm pitches), 84 mm high, 77 mm deep — plan for 13 module widths in your enclosure layout.
Control and signalling
The integrated control accepts both maintained (continuous ON/OFF button) and impulse (pulse) commands, giving flexibility for local pushbutton or remote PLC control. A green LED indicates device ON, a flashing LED shows device ready, red LED signals fault, and flashing red indicates tripped or overheat — so you get status at a glance without a separate indicator module. Contact position indicator confirms the main contacts are open. Earth-leakage protection requires a separate Vigi block — not integrated, so plan for an additional module if RCD protection is needed.
