The A9F03732 is a 32 A B-curve miniature circuit breaker from the Acti9 iC60N family, wired as 3P+N. The B-curve (magnetic trip at 4 x In ±20 %) means it trips fast on short-circuit but tolerates modest inrush — suited for resistive or general-purpose distribution loads, not motor starts or transformer banks where a C- or D-curve would be needed to avoid nuisance tripping. The 36 kA Icu at 12–133 V AC is the ultimate breaking capacity under the IEC 60947-2 standard; at 400 V AC the Icn under IEC 60898-1 drops to 6000 A, which is the rating that governs most European distribution panels. The thermal-magnetic trip unit gives both overload (thermal bimetal) and short-circuit (solenoid) protection in one package.
Snaps onto a DIN rail — 9 mm pitch, 8 modules wide (72 mm). The 3P+N configuration puts the neutral on the left, which matters when you're laying out busbars or downstream distribution blocks. Strip length 14 mm. IP20 rated, so it's for inside an enclosure, not washdown. The toggle gives local on/off and a trip indicator shows when it's dropped out — useful for a quick visual sweep of the panel.
Listed as current production. The Acti9 iC60N series is Schneider's mainstream MCB line for commercial and light industrial distribution. No successor or phase-out notice exists.
Dual-rated to EN/IEC 60947-2 (industrial) and EN/IEC 60898-1 (household and similar) — so it qualifies for both a factory distribution board and a building sub-main. Pollution degree 3, overvoltage category IV, suitability for isolation marked on both standards.
