The Schneider Electric A9N19641 is an Acti9 DPN Vigi earth leakage circuit breaker — an RCBO that combines overcurrent protection (6 A, C curve) and residual current protection (30 mA) in a single 1P+N module. That makes it suitable for circuits feeding IT equipment, LED lighting, or small drives where a standard Type A would false-trip.

Rated Icn of 6000 A at 230 V AC per EN 61009. That is the standard domestic and light commercial interrupting rating in most European installations. The 6 A C-curve thermal-magnetic trip unit provides magnetic tripping between 5 and 10 x In, so it clears moderate inrush from small motor loads or capacitive supplies without delay.
