The B curve means magnetic tripping occurs between 3 and 5 times the rated current (30–50 A).
Breaking capacity is 6 kA Icn at 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz, certified to EN/IEC 61009-2-1. That's the standard domestic and light-commercial fault level; if your point-of-supply prospective short-circuit current exceeds 6 kA, you'll need to coordinate upstream or step to a higher-rated device. The thermal-magnetic trip unit handles overloads (thermal) and short-circuits (magnetic). Limitation class 3 means it restricts let-through energy enough to protect downstream cables and equipment in most installations. Integrated earth-leakage protection saves a module of DIN rail space compared to a separate MCB + RCCB pair. The neutral is on the left (fixed position), and the device switches both phase and neutral — the neutral pole is not just a solid link but a switched pole, which is required in some national wiring rules.
Installation and environment
Strip length 15 mm. The device occupies 4 module pitches (36 mm wide, 81 mm tall, 77.5 mm deep). IP20 on the body, IP40 inside the modular enclosure. Pollution degree 3, overvoltage category III.
