The A9N26613 is a Vigi xC60 add-on residual current device from the Acti9 range, designed to clip onto the outgoing side of a compatible MCB to provide earth leakage protection. The tripping mechanism is voltage-independent electromechanical, so it clears a ground fault even if the phase voltage collapses.
The 63 A rated current and 300 mA sensitivity set the protection threshold for the outgoing circuit. Type AC earth leakage protection covers sinusoidal AC residual currents — standard for general-purpose socket circuits, lighting, and resistive loads, but not for loads with power electronics that generate pulsed or DC fault currents. The instantaneous time delay means it trips without intentional delay, so it coordinates with upstream time-delayed RCDs only if the upstream device has a higher rating or a deliberate S-type delay. The 6 kV impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) and pollution degree 3 rating confirm it is suitable for fixed installations in environments with conductive pollution, typical of distribution boards and industrial control panels.
Clip-on mounting on DIN rail, 4 modules wide at 9 mm pitch (72 mm total). The bottom tunnel terminals accept 1...35 mm² rigid or 1...25 mm² flexible conductors; strip length is 14 mm, tightening torque 3.5 N.m. Electrical connection to the upstream MCB is by screws — it physically couples to the outgoing side of a compatible Acti9 MCB, forming a combined RCBO assembly. The red indicator on the front face shows tripped status. IP20 on the body, IP40 inside the modular enclosure — suitable for dry indoor panel environments.
