It is designed for asynchronous motors in heavy industrial applications — pumps, compressors, conveyors, fans — where a 36-pulse diode rectifier bridge keeps harmonic distortion low enough to skip a dedicated line-side filter. Supply voltage range is 2970-3630 V, with a line current of 280 A at full load. The 36-pulse topology means the input current waveform has 36 pulses per cycle, which reduces total harmonic distortion to levels that typically meet IEEE 519 without an external multi-pulse transformer.

Physical footprint and installation constraints
