The ATV6B0C45T4 is a modular Altivar Process ATV600 drive rated for 450 kW normal duty (650 hp) and 355 kW heavy duty at 480 V. It runs both asynchronous and synchronous motors. The integrated EMC filter is rated for Category C3 with up to 300 m (984.3 ft) of motor cable, covering most industrial installations without an external filter. Safe torque off (STO) is SIL 3-rated — any substitution or gray-market unit that breaks the chain of custody invalidates that safety rating.

Line current: 626 A at 480 V normal duty, 533 A heavy duty. Prospective line Isc rating 50 kA — adequate for most industrial services. Total harmonic current distortion (THDI) is <5% at full load per IEEE 519. The drive includes protection for motor phase break, ground fault, overvoltage, undervoltage, overspeed, and DC bus overvoltage. For a field swap, confirm the existing line reactor and braking resistor match the DC injection braking method; there is no AC regenerative braking option listed.
