The Schneider Electric C063H350FM is a ComPacT NS new generation 3-pole circuit breaker rated 630 A at 50 °C, fitted with a MicroLogic 5.0 electronic trip unit.
The C063H350FM's Icu curve spans 85 kA at 240 V AC down to 42 kA at 690 V AC, all per IEC 60947-2. Category B utilisation means it is certified for selectivity under short-circuit conditions, not just cable protection.
Trip unit and protection
MicroLogic 5.0 provides LSI protection: long-time overload (L), short-time short-circuit (S) with adjustable delay for zone-selective interlocking, and instantaneous (I). The electronic trip unit includes thermal memory with a 20-minute reset curve — after a trip, the breaker remembers the thermal state, so reclosing into a still-hot conductor does not mask an overload condition. Four red LEDs indicate fault type; one yellow LED signals overload pre-alarm.
Fixed-mount on a backplate, 210 mm wide × 327 mm high × 147 mm deep. Front connections on both line and load sides simplify busbar layout in a distribution panel. IP40 front face keeps tools and fingers out; IK07 impact rating handles incidental contact during panel work.
