The C1047A100 is a MicroLogic 7.2 E AL electronic trip unit designed for the ComPacT NSX100...250 molded-case circuit breaker frame. The LCD display gives you local readout of energy metering, demand values, and event logs — no separate meter module needed.

The long-time pickup (Ir) is adjustable from 40 to 100 A, so you can tune it to the actual load without swapping the trip unit. Short-time (Isd) and instantaneous (Ii) are also adjustable, giving you selective coordination downstream. Integrated earth-leakage protection (Class A) covers sinusoidal AC and pulsating DC faults up to the breaker's rating. You can disable it via the IΔn rotary switch if the circuit doesn't need it. The trip unit also meets EN/IEC 60947-2, the standard for low-voltage switchgear — that's the compliance stamp for most industrial distribution panels.

Mounting and integration notes

The trip unit mounts fixed into the ComPacT NSX100...250 breaker frame — no DIN rail, it's a direct plug-in onto the breaker's base. The neutral is on the left side (4P configuration). IP40 protection means it's fine inside a standard IP54 or better enclosure; keep it out of washdown zones.
