Protection and metering built in
The MicroLogic 6.2 E trip unit provides L (long-time overload), S (short-time short-circuit), I (instantaneous short-circuit), and G (ground-fault) protection — all adjustable via the front LCD display and toggle controls. That's a full selective-coordination package: the S setting lets you delay tripping so a downstream breaker clears a fault first, keeping this breaker closed for upstream loads. The electronic trip also includes an energy meter function, logging instantaneous and demand values, time-stamped events, power quality data, and maintenance indicators.
Mounting and environment
Mounts on a backplate in horizontal or vertical orientation, flat against the panel. Front connections on both upside and downside make busbar and cable routing straightforward in a switchboard. The 35 mm connection pitch matches standard DIN-rail terminal spacing for auxiliary wiring. IK07 impact rating (IEC 62262) handles accidental tool drops during maintenance.
