The Schneider Electric ENW13267 is a 3-pole switch disconnector from the EasyPact NW range, rated 1000 A in AC-23A utilisation category at 440 V AC. That AC-23A rating means it handles switching of motor loads and other highly inductive circuits — not just resistive — so it's suited for distribution and isolation duty where you need to make and break under load. The drawout mounting lets you rack the unit out for maintenance without disturbing the main bus connections, a common requirement in switchgear lineups.
Withstand and making capacity
Rated short-time withstand current (Icw) is 50 kA for 1 second at 220–440 V, and the rated short-circuit making capacity (Icm) is 75 kA at the same voltage range. These numbers tell you the switch can survive a fault long enough for upstream protection to clear, and can close onto an existing fault without welding contacts. The 12 kV rated impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) confirms insulation coordination for 1000 V systems per IEC 60947-3.
Drawout mounting on a rail base plate. Connection pitch is 70 mm without spreader. Rear connection, vertical or horizontal orientation. The 277 mm depth, 288 mm width, and 322 mm height fit standard switchgear cubicle compartments. IP30 finger protection is adequate for enclosed installation.
