ENW24125 — 800 A EasyPact NW Circuit Breaker for Distribution
The ENW24125 is a fixed-mount, 4-pole circuit breaker from the Schneider Electric EasyPact NW range, rated 800 A at 40 °C and designed for distribution applications per IEC 60947-2. Its 50 kA Icu at 440 V AC (42 kA at 690 V) gives you headroom for high-fault panels — the Ics equals the Icu, so the breaker clears a full fault and stays reusable without derating the service rating.
Rated 800 A at 40 °C, this breaker handles a 800 A continuous load in a 40 °C ambient. The Ics is also 50 kA at 440 V, so after a fault at that level the breaker still operates normally, no replacement needed. The 1000 V rated insulation voltage (Ui) and 690 V operational voltage (Ue) let it work in 400 V and 690 V systems common in European and Asian industrial networks. The 4 poles with 4 protected poles (4d) give full overcurrent protection on all phases plus neutral — neutral protection can be set to 0.5× Ir or 1× Ir, or left unprotected (3D configuration).

Fixed mounting on a base plate — no DIN rail here. The rear connection accepts vertical or horizontal busbars; connection pitch is 115 mm without a spreader. Neutral sits on the left. Dimensions: 537 mm wide × 352 mm high × 297 mm deep — plan for a 600 mm wide enclosure minimum to allow cable bending radius and access to the push-button controls. Mechanical durability is 20,000 cycles with maintenance or 10,000 without; electrical durability is 6,000 cycles at 440 V and 4,000 at 690 V without maintenance. That fits normal main-breaker duty in a distribution panel — not intended for frequent switching like a contactor.
