The LADN04A is a TeSys Deca auxiliary contact block — four normally-closed instantaneous contacts that mount to the front of a contactor or reversing starter in the same series. The operational current depends on duty: 6 A at 120 V AC-15, 1.04 A at 690 V AC-15, 0.55 A at 125 V DC-13, and 0.1 A at 600 V DC-13 — so for a 24 VDC PLC input circuit the DC-13 rating at 125 V is the relevant curve, not the AC figure.
Minimum switching capability is 5 mA at 17 V — below that, the contact film may not break reliably. For dry-circuit logic (e.g. 5 V / 1 mA PLC inputs), pair this block with a gold-plated contact block or use a solid-state interface. Mechanical durability is 30 million cycles — typical for a contactor-mounted auxiliary block in high-cycle packaging or conveyor applications. The short-time withstand ratings (100 A for 1 s, 140 A for 100 ms) cover inrush from contactor coils or small solenoids switched through the block.
Compliant with EN/IEC 60947-5-1, UL 60947-5-1, CSA C22.2 No 60947-5-1, and GB/T 14048.5. Also listed for glow-wire testing per IEC 60335-1 Clause 30.2 and IEC 60335-2-40 Annex JJ — relevant for appliance and HVAC panel builds where the contactor block is in the flame path.
