The 4 NO configuration gives you four independent normally-open poles, each rated for the full 200 A in AC-1. The coil pulls 770 VA inrush and holds at 8.1 VA, so your control transformer needs to handle that surge. Mechanical durability is 10 million cycles, and the contactor is rated for 2400 operations per hour at 55 °C — fine for frequent switching in a process heater or oven. The control circuit is AC only (40-400 Hz), with a drop-out range of 20-55% of Uc and an operating range of 85-110% of Uc at 55 °C. That means the coil will drop out reliably between 44 and 121 V AC on a 220 V nominal supply — good for brownout ride-through on a resistive load bank. The rated impulse withstand voltage is 8 kV, and the insulation voltage is 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1, so it's comfortable in 480 V panels with proper overvoltage category III coordination.
Plate-mounted only — no DIN-rail adapter. The dimensions are 162 mm high, 200.5 mm wide, and 171 mm deep, so it needs a solid backplate with clearance for the power circuit bolted connections. Power terminals accept bar (up to 20 x 3 mm busbar), ring lugs up to 95 mm², or connectors for 95 mm² cable. Control wiring uses screw clamp terminals accepting 1 to 4 mm² solid or flexible (with or without ferrule). Tighten power connections to 10 N·m and control connections to 1.2 N·m. The front face with shrouds is IP2X per IEC 60529 and VDE 0106 — finger-safe once shrouded, but not sealed against dust or moisture.
