TeSys F 4-Pole Contactor, 500 A AC-1 — End-of-Life Sourcing Note
The Schneider Electric LC1F4004V7 is a TeSys F 4-pole contactor rated 500 A in AC-1 utilisation category (resistive load) at ≤ 440 V and ≤ 40 °C. The 400 V AC coil draws 1075 VA inrush, holding at 15 VA. This is a plate-mount device — no DIN-rail adapter — sized for bolted busbar or lug connections up to 150 mm² per pole.
The 500 A AC-1 rating governs resistive loads like heaters or large lighting banks. For motor duty (AC-3), the contactor would derate significantly — verify against the motor full-load current. The 400 V AC coil operates from 0.85 to 1.1 Uc (340–440 V) and drops out between 0.3 and 0.5 Uc (120–200 V). The 4 NO poles are all normally open; no NC auxiliary is built in, so plan for an external aux block if needed.

Mounting and Connection
Plate-mount only — no DIN-rail option. Dimensions 261 mm wide × 206 mm high × 219 mm deep. Power connections accept bolted busbar (30 × 5 mm) or lug-ring terminals up to 150 mm². Control circuit uses screw-clamp terminals accepting 1–4 mm² flexible or solid. Tightening torque: 35 N·m on power circuit, 1.2 N·m on control circuit.
