TeSys F contactor — LC1F500FE7, 700 A AC-3, 115 VAC coil
The Schneider Electric TeSys F LC1F500FE7 is a 3-pole contactor rated for 700 A operational current in AC-3 duty (motor switching) at ≤ 440 V, with a 115 V AC 50/60 Hz coil. It switches motor loads up to 250 kW at 380–400 V AC-3, and up to 355 kW at 500 V AC-3. Plate-mounted, IP20 front face with shrouds per IEC 60529.
Across the voltage band, AC-3 motor power ranges from 147 kW at 220–230 V up to 355 kW at 500 V. The AC-4 rating (reversing / inching duty) is lower: 80 kW at 400 V. The 115 V AC coil pulls 1100 VA inrush at 20 °C, with a hold dropout band of 0.3–0.5 Uc.
Designed to IEC 60947-4-1 and EN 60947-4-1 for contactors and motor-starters. Rated insulation voltage 1000 V per IEC 60947-4-1, 1500 V per VDE 0110 Group C. Overvoltage category III. IP20 front face with shrouds. Protective treatment TH (tropicalized).
Plate-mounted — not DIN-rail snap-on. Power circuit connections via bar (busbar cross-section 40 x 5 mm), lugs-ring terminals (2 cables 240 mm²), or bolted connection. Control circuit uses screw clamp terminals accepting 1–4 mm² flexible or solid. Tightening torque: 35 N·m on power circuit, 1.2 N·m on control circuit.
