The LV847110 is a Schneider Electric MasterPact MTZ1 fixed-mount circuit breaker, 3-pole, rated 630 A at 40 °C. That 630 A continuous current is the In — the breaker carries that load without tripping under normal conditions. The H1 performance level gives you 42 kA ultimate breaking capacity (Icu) at 415 V AC, which is the same 42 kA you get at 440 V, 500 V, and 690 V — the breaker doesn't derate its interrupting rating across the common industrial voltage range. That matters for panel coordination: if your fault current at the bus is, say, 35 kA, this breaker clears it without upstream intervention. Selectivity Category B means it's designed for full discrimination with downstream devices — a short on a branch won't take the main breaker out. The short-time withstand (Icw) is 42 kA for 1 second — that's the current it can carry for that duration while the downstream breaker clears a fault, essential for selective coordination studies.
Fixed-mount version — bolts to a base plate or rails (mounting support listed as rails and base plate). The connection pitch is 70 mm, and both upside and downside connections accept front or rear terminations. That rear-connection option is useful when you're feeding a busbar stack behind the panel and don't want cable loops in front. Fine inside a locked panel; not for outdoor or washdown locations. Altitude derating starts above 2000 m — if you're installing at 3000 m, you'll need to reduce the continuous current per the manufacturer's curve.
Also compliant with IEC 61557-12 for measuring equipment. Electrical durability: 6000 cycles at 440 V AC under AC-3 motor-switching duty, 3000 cycles at 690 V AC. Mechanical durability is 12,500 cycles with periodic preventive maintenance.
