The LX1G3TLSEN is a TeSys Giga contactor coil rated for a control circuit voltage of 200-500 V AC/DC at 50/60 Hz, making it a direct fit for the LC1G630-800/3P standard contactor range. Built-in bidirectional peak limiting electronics suppress voltage spikes at dropout, reducing EMI and extending the life of the control circuit contacts. Inrush power is 390 W (670 VA) and hold-in power drops to 11 W (17 VA), so the control transformer sizing is driven by the inrush demand, not the steady-state draw.
Operating margins and durability
Operating time is 20-35 ms opening and 40-55 ms closing, which coordinates with the contactor's arc chamber timing for reliable switching under load. Mechanical durability is rated at 5 million cycles, and the maximum operating rate is 600 cycles per minute at 60 °C — this coil is built for high-duty-cycle applications like conveyor or pump control. Control circuit voltage limits: operational range is 0.8-1.1 Uc at 60 °C, and dropout occurs between 0-0.45 Uc — the wide dropout margin prevents nuisance dropouts during voltage sags.
