The LXMRSP0670200: Repeatability of ±0.02 mm on J1 and J2 is the figure that decides fit for precision pick-and-place and assembly — the robot holds the micron across the full horizontal reach. J3 adds ±0.01 mm vertically and J4 holds ±0.01° on rotation, so a 4-axis datum stays tight through a full wrist sweep. Workspace is J1 ±130°, J2 ±149°, J3 200 mm vertical stroke, J4 continuous 360° — the ±149° on J2 extends the arm's reach arc on the outer side of the envelope compared to a symmetric ±130° J2, giving more usable reach in a compact tabletop footprint. Maximum combined actuation speed of 8450 mm/s J1+J2 and 1100 mm/s on J3 sets the cycle-time ceiling — the 2150 °/s J4 angular speed keeps wrist reorientation from stalling the pick-and-place cadence at full payload.
Payload and electrical ratings
Rated power is 0.9 kW with a 2 kW peak — the margin between rated and maximum tells you the servo loop has headroom for short-duration accelerations without tripping the drive, but continuous operation above 0.9 kW will push into the derating profile. Input accepts 170–250 V AC without derating and 100–170 V AC with 15 % derating — a line dip that drops below 170 V triggers the derating window, so in regions with unstable mains the robot's speed and payload ratings drop by that margin automatically.
Environment and enclosure
IP20 standard; IP65 requires the conformity kit — if the cell demands washdown or dusty environments the kit is not optional, it is the sealing solution, and the base unit alone does not meet IP65 without it. Operating ambient is 0–40 °C — above that the drive thermal margin shrinks, and at altitude above 1000 m the 10 % per 500 m performance derating kicks in, so a machine builder running this at 1500 m should budget the full derated speed and payload rather than the datasheet headline. Noise level is 70 dB — this is the full-cell figure under load, not an idle reading, so the acoustic environment in the immediate workspace of the robot is what this number governs, not a cabinet measure.
