The MGN60617 is a Schneider Electric C60H miniature circuit breaker from the Multi9 range — a single-pole, C-curve unit rated 32 A at 50 °C per EN/IEC 60947-2. Its 15 kA Icu at 240 V AC (phase-to-neutral) tells you it handles high prospective fault current on a 240 V distribution board without upstream fuses needing to clear first; the 24 kA Icu at 60 V DC covers battery-backed or solar-combiner circuits where DC arcs are harder to extinguish.
The C-curve trips magnetically between 5 and 10 times In (8.5 x In ±20 % here), so it's sized for general-purpose distribution — lighting, socket outlets, small motor loads with moderate inrush. The 32 A thermal-magnetic trip unit is the main selection gate: at 50 °C ambient, that's the continuous current it carries without nuisance tripping. Mounts on a standard 35 mm symmetrical DIN rail, occupies 2 x 9 mm pitches (18 mm wide), so it fits a standard 18 mm MCB slot in a distribution board.
